Overmolded Harnesses

Harness Solutions is happy being able to offer its customers harnesses in the overmolding technique.

Overmolding adds value to the product by

• enhancing the protection against moisture and air borne corrosive agents
• providing strain relief ensuring that the interface between the cable and the backshell of the connector is protected e g in equipment where the cable is subject to repeated bends
• enhancing the product design and thereby the end users experience in terms of comfort, ergonomics and ease of use
• reducing the weight of the harness, especially important when it
  comes to harnesses for the aerospace industry

Harness Solutions has two vertical injection molding machines for overmolded harnesses.

Through association with a related mold making company in the Flinth Industrial Park community of companies Harness Solutions can with short lead time offer high quality molds for its customers' molded projects

The customers logo can easily be incorporated in the mold.
